Whether it is one tired room or a full renovation, we work with what your house already is and bring it up to how you want to live in it.
Renovation work covers a wide range: opening up a cramped ground floor, replacing old wiring and plumbing runs ahead of new finishes, re-plastering, re-rendering an exterior, or a full strip-out and rebuild of a period property.
On older Chester and Cheshire housing stock we pay attention to what should be kept and what genuinely needs replacing — not everything old is a problem, and not everything new is an improvement.
Rendering and re-roofing are common companions to a renovation and we cover both directly, rather than coordinating a chain of separate contractors on your behalf.
